We have reserved rooms in the hotel. We have double rooms, some of them with one large bed for 2 people. Please let us know if you have specific request for sharing the room with somebody. Otherwise we will try to distribute rooms gender based randomly between participants.
PARTICIPATION FEE:
The cost of the entire event is 250 EUR. This includes accommodation from Friday to Sunday with breakfast, meals and excursions.
Alcoholic drinks/beverages have to be bought by the participants. But we will have sürpriises
DEADLINE:
Deadline for registration to the Alumni meeting with 100% pre-payment is: 20. APRIL
Since we have to pre-pay all the bookings, the registration without money transfers will unfortunately not be considered!

- We will walk a lot, so wear comfortable clothes and check the weather – Estonian weather has its ups and downs in the beginning of June

- Estonia is a small country – you can drive 300 km by car from Tallinn and you are already in Latvia (can be done by regular bus line). You can have 2-2,5 hours boat ride and you are already in Helsinki, Finland.
