 Welcome Guest

BEFORE YOU PROCEED. REMEMBER THAT THE EXCHANGE PROGRAM IS INTENDED TO LEARN, NOT TO EARN!

Application procedure in short. After reading this carefully you can start filling out the application form. In the application form you will write down personal information including some information on your studies.

Subsequently you will be asked to indicate some preferences concerning the type of work you would like to do, the country you whish to go to and the period you are available.

When your appliction is successfuly submitted, all your data will be added in a database. The information however is not yet made available world wide. In order to be valid your application must include a motivation letter, a curriculum vitae and your application must be paid for - an administration fee for IAAS and a deposit. To fullfill these requirements you will need to contact the Exchange Coordinator at your IAAS Committee. The Exchange Coordinator (ExCo) is the responsable person at your university who is in charge of the Exchange Program.

Once you've met with the ExCo and arranged the payment your application will change status and is now ready to be exchanged. All over the world Exchange Coordinators - AND ONLY EXCHANGE COORDINATORS - can see your data.

If your names pops up after running a search the exco can mark your application RESERVED to check with the involved persons if the exchange can be organised. If it is possitive he will mark your application as PLACED and you will receive an invitation and information about the place you will be going to.

Eventual after attending the training you are expected to fill in an evaluation form and write a report. This evaluation and report is very important to make sure that we only offer interesting and good places.

  Did you know ?

In your motivation letter you can write more details on yourself and what you are expecting from your training. The CV helps the Exchange Coordinators to match you application.
