The Executive Committee (EC) is the representative board of the association. On the General Assembly in Malaysia the structure of Executive Committee has been changed. From that time the EC consists of five students who live and study in their home countries and work part time for the association. These five students are the President, the Vice President of Partnership, Vice President of Communication, Vice President of Finances and Vice President of Exchange. After their one-year mandate they report about their activities to the General Assembly

President
The task of the President is to represent the Association to its external partners and to ensure that the whole EC functions properly.

The VP of Finances takes care of the finances and bookkeeping.

The VP of Communication keeps in contact with the members and takes care of communication matters within the association.

Vice President of Partnership
The VP of Partnership is the one to keep in contact with our sponsors and to search for new partnership opportunities. VP of Finances and VP of Partnership work closely together.

Vice President of Exchange
The VP of Exchange is responsible for the coordination of the IAAS Exchange Program. Since 2006 the Exchange Quality board helps with the task of improving this important activity.
