The Constitution is the legal backbone of the Association. IAAS is registered as an International Organisation in Belgium. The contitution is as old as the Association, amendments can only be made by the General Assembly which under normal conditions meets one time a year.

The Bylaws are a supplement to the constitution. Giving more details on the functioning of the Association on International and National level.

Upon becoming member of IAAS, all members agree to act according to the Constitution and Bylaws. Every member is expected to promote the Association and its aims at any time.
