Dear AEGEE people, we are inviting you to the second edition of HRES organized by the AEGEE-Academy and AEGEE-Kyiv.
What is HRES?
Human Resources European School is a 7 day training course that aims to empower youth NGO members - who are involved in the field of HR - to develop, implement and manage HR strategies in their organizations. At HRES an international trainers team will help 25 participants to gain knowledge and skills in HR which they can apply and multiply in their locals.
We are looking for motivated people who: * are willing to take part in an international learning experience * already have some experience with either board work or local project or are just willing to * have a strong interest in the field of HR and willing to improve HR in their local * are HR responsibles in their antenna or have strong motivation to become one * are ready for self-development, to question themselves and are open for feedback |
